9.   obtaining, without express consent of THEFILCOM.COM, the database or email addresses of the users of    the website or its website material,

10.  utilize the services in any manner that violates applicable law.

Commission of any of the above mentioned acts or any unauthorized use of this website and its constituent website material shall render the offender to civil and criminal liabilities.

However the above TERMS & CONDITIONS may not ALL be applicable to the “THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY’S (THE COMPANY) direct clients, as such a separate terms of agreement and binding contract shall apply.

You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY (THE COMPANY) to provide the service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from THEFILCOM, such as service announcements, administrative messages.

THEFILCOM.COM reserves the right to modify, alter, vary, reduce and discontinue any or all of the facilities offered by this website or its constituent website material.

Such alteration, modification variation, reduction or discontinuation shall be without any prejudice and shall not render THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY (THE COMPANY) or its employers and employees and/or representatives liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, or the like) liability.
